Questions
Where is my data kept?
Card details and contacts are stored on our servers in Malaysia. We don't keep photos of the cards you scan: we read them and then discard the image.
Why do I sign in with a personal email?
So your account stays yours for life. Your company email lives on your Business card; if you change jobs, you keep your login, your personal cards and your personal contacts.
What happens when someone leaves a company on Pro?
Their Business and Event cards switch off and the work contacts they collected stay with the company. Their Personal and Close friends cards are untouched.
Can I save scanned card photos to Google Drive?
Google Drive is coming soon. Until you connect it, NEXTEP keeps the details from each scan but not the photo.
Do the people I share with need the app?
No. Your card opens in any browser, and Save contact works on iPhone and Android.
